W.D. Crossbow is the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Customer data may be shared with a third party to perform services on our behalf. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. This is required by law.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting W.D. Crossbow, you agree that the laws of the state of Missouri without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and W.D. Crossbow or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to W.D. Crossbow or to products you purchase through W.D. Crossbow shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in DEFINE_STATE, DEFINE_COUNTRY, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate W.D. Crossbow intellectual property rights, W.D. Crossbow may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Missouri, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to W.D. Crossbow. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Shipping

W.D. Crossbow  can ship orders to all locations within the United States and Puerto Rico, as well as internationally. Our shipping and handling options include Standard Shipping. All shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government. Customs officials assess duties and taxes based on information provided on the shipping label, the Commercial Invoice, and other relevant documents. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; W.D. Crossbow has no control over these charges, nor can W.D. Crossbow predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Billing 

When selecting your credit card payment option, be sure to include the billing address that is associated with the credit card you are using to make your purchase. We want to ensure that your order is processed without delay.
