DRIVE FOR SHOW, PUTT FOR DOUGH.

The Crossbow is a Unique Putter.

It is a traditional blade putter for precision performance. The weight is distributed between the head, solid stainless-steel shaft, and grip fixture to provide a comfortable well-balanced feel when putting.

When playing the game of golf, it’s important and necessary for the golfer to have consistent feel when striking the ball. This allows the player to produce repeatable golf shots and insure the ball travels precise distances and to the desired location. While this is true for all types of shots, it is particularly true for putting, where the impact force against the ball is significantly less than a full swing shot. Typically, amateur golfers miss the precise center of percussion (sweet spot) a large percentage of the time. Most players will misshit the ball more often as the golfer’s handicap rises. This is particularly true with older golfers whose physical abilities have declined with age and the golfer’s feel is diminished.

Left Hand Putters are now available

 Radically Different

The W.D. Crossbow putter is radically different from other putters that are currently available in the marketplace which use hollow shafts. The crossbow is made with a unique weight distribution to increase the stability and decrease vibration of the putter during the execution of the stroke. The solid core of the putter shaft and weight distribution of its components result in making the head feel lighter with more feel. This reduces vibration and torque when the golf ball is not hit in the exact center of the percussion (sweet spot).

The dynamics of the weight and construction help the golfer to keep the club head inline and provide better feel during a putting stroke.
